Questions about live chat

Is it actually different from Intercom's widget?
Same surface — chat, help articles, an AI agent — but a different bill. Intercom is built to charge per seat plus per AI resolution. Selvo is built to charge once a month. If you can't see a visible difference in the widget, that's intentional. The difference is in the contract.
Will it look like my product, or like a Selvo billboard?
Yours. Set your brand color, upload your logo, edit light and dark themes side-by-side with a live preview. The "Powered by Selvo" badge is removable on Pro. We'd rather your customers think you built the widget.
How long does it take to get live?
Two lines of JavaScript before </body>, paste your workspace ID, save. The site reloads and the widget appears. The longest part is picking a brand color.
What happens when someone chats at 2am?
The AI agent answers from your help articles and cites the source so the customer can verify. If it isn't sure, it hands off to your shared inbox and you reply in the morning. The customer doesn't get a "we'll get back to you" wall, and you don't get woken up.
Will my CTO have something to say about it?
