Who is Starter for?
Starter is for one person handling customer support. When more people need the inbox, Pro includes unlimited teammates for $99/month.
Does Pro cost more when I add teammates?
No. Pro includes unlimited teammates for $99/month. Invite another person and the base subscription stays the same. Your total can still change with AI usage.
How does AI agent pricing work?
AI costs $0.10 per conversation it handles, whether it answers or hands off to your team. It is available on both plans and billed separately from your workspace subscription.
Do I need a credit card to start the trial?
No. Sign up, use the whole platform for 14 days on Pro, add a card only when you're ready. If the trial ends without a card, your workspace pauses — we don't delete your data.
Is there a discount for annual billing?
Yes. Starter is $348/year, equivalent to $29/month. Pro is $888/year, equivalent to $74/month. Both save about 25% compared with paying monthly.
Can I change plans at any time?
Yes. Upgrade from settings — the change is immediate and pro-rated. Downgrade at the end of your billing period in one click. No lock-in, no cancellation fees, no retention gauntlet.
Is there a free plan?
There is no ongoing free plan. You can try Selvo for 14 days without a credit card, then choose Starter or Pro.
Will you raise prices on me?
Selvo is self-funded. No investors pushing us to maximize revenue per customer. If we ever change pricing, existing customers keep the rate they signed up at — guaranteed, in writing, in the terms.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
You can export help articles and customer conversations at any time. If you cancel, we keep your data for 30 days in case you come back, then permanently delete it. No hostage tactics.
